The Touhou University Network is a coalition of Touhou-only clubs and societies (i.e. separate from general anime clubs) at universities throughout the West. Touhou university clubs are the heartbeat of the Japanese and Chinese Touhou communities, and they can be the heartbeat of the overseas community too!
